Following The Bouncing Ball - Synchronicity in Action

1. A need arises and we seek help or support

2. We are led to someone, something, someplace that fills that need

3. We speak with someone or see something that sparks an interest within towards another step

4. Proceed with next step to connect with that interest, idea or person

5. This leads to another step or unfoldment until healing or completion takes place......We call that a MIRACLE!!!

Personal Example..........

Chronic herniated disk flared up. Needed a Chiropractor.....Daughter recommended one with reservation knowing his personality was challenging. Went for an appointment and had to leave. Not a good connection. Driving home and saw office in own area. Went in and was treated quickly and felt was in the right place. Returned for several treatments and back flare rescinded. Spoke to Chiropractor about other health challenges. He recommended a Naturopath who was local and convenient. Went for a visit and felt connected. Assessment done and treatment began.....Still feeling a need for a higher energetic connection. Same doctor came for reading and mentioned a new center called "Where Miracles Happen." They were short a reader for mini holistic fair coming up that weekend. She mentioned my name to owner. Wound up going to fair and making new connections. One was a young woman who practices Acutonics, a form of acupuncture without needles and works on sound vibration; tuning forks.....right up my alley. Had session this Sat. and knew this was absolutely what I was looking for. Great connection energetically. Body had numerous responses and energy flow began to increase. Day continued with lunch at a small cafe. Little kitten was stuck in tire of a truck and truck owner was getting help from girls who ran cafe. Kitten was saved and was able to give it a Reiki treatment......All a day in the life of......Synchronicity in action....
No Worries 9-01-07

I just reread the article by Eckhart Tolle. The last paragraph speaks so clearly to my heart. It is what I live, breathe and attempt to share with other seekers on the path.

This is one reason why most people are always trying to escape from the present moment and are seeking some kind of salvation in the future. The first thing that they might encounter if they focused their attention on the Now is their own pain, and this is what they fear. If they only knew how easy it is to access in the Now the power of presence that dissolves the past and its pain, the reality that dissolves the illusion. If they only knew how close they are to their own reality, how close to God.

There is not one moment that we don't have an opportunity to be healed in. There is not one moment that we cannot be the recipient of a Miracle in. Yet we persist in staying trapped in the illusion of lack, fear and pain. Everyday I thank God for the opportunity to let go and be a more sincere and attentive student to his word and inner prompting. Everyday i have the opportunity to be renewed, to release, and to transform. Sometimes that makes me so happy. Sometimes I am filled with Joy and Peace. Then there are those other moments, the times when my ego is screaming. What about..........this, that and/or the other thing??? It really does create a ruckus and interrupt my peace. It is noisy, disruptive and invasive.

Then I know I have to go back to the drawing board. Meditate, listen to tapes, contemplate what I have studied and above all Be Still. Ha! That sounds so easy, but as we all know it isn't. Sometimes it gets so difficult to let go of the attention to the chatter. I find it very seductive. Like an old comfortable shoe, or a cup of delicious coffee or tea.

What I do know is that a breakthrough will come if I just ride the wave. Resisting it just makes it more intense. Going through this as many times as I have has taught me that there is always an end to it. That in itself is very comforting. Doing things that make me happy on the physical plane does take my mind off the "problem." As my dear teacher Joel Goldsmith says, "you cannot solve a problem on the level of the problem." So I will meditate, sleep, walk, go out into nature, go to the library, watch a movie, read a book, whatever it takes to put my attention elsewhere. "No worries" is a statement that I really like. Not much into slang or the hip expressions that so many of you share with me. My generation's lingo is a bit to proper for that. But that one "no worries" says it all without being too flip. It reaches my heart.

Thank you for reading this. You presence is a blessing always.
